About
Accent Home Inspection is committed to providing quality services.
It is owned and operated by Doron ('Ron') Bracha.
Ron has broad knowledge and experience in building design and construction, operation and maintenance. He studied a five-year program of Architecture and Urban Planning, graduated Cum Laude with a B. Arch. and worked as an architect abroad for about three years before moving to the US. Here he passed the internship and the seven registration exams at first sitting (!), and worked at architecture firms in and around Boston for about a decade.
He worked on various projects including residential, nursing homes and public schools. His specialty was in sustainable design and green buildings, and he was the first architect in the firm to become a LEED Accredited Professional.
He then transitioned his career to home inspection, completed high quality training and worked with some of the finest home inspection companies around Boston. He has done over 1,500 inspections of homes and condos, and keeps expanding his knowledge by taking continuing education courses, both as a home inspector and as an architect (currently licensed in NY, not practicing).
As a homeowner, Ron has renovated two condos and an old home. He did a lot of the work himself, and hired contractors as needed. He has been around the world and around the block, and has gained valuable insight and experience, that he shares with his clients.
Ron’s approach is patient and friendly, and his inspections are thorough and methodical. He takes the time to explain, discuss, put things in perspective and educate home buyers as needed, in a personable manner.
